Our triple beef patty cheeseburger is the headline act of the burger section. Every patty is grilled when you order — three of them, cheese melted over each layer so it runs between the patties instead of sitting on top — and the bun is toasted on the grill so it can carry the weight.

Nothing about this burger is assembled in advance. The patties hit the grill when your order comes in, cheese goes on while they are still hot enough to melt it properly, and the whole thing is built and served immediately. That is the only way a triple stays juicy rather than turning dry.
